How to install the coil enhancer
Installation procedure:
- Ensure that vehicle is parked on a flat level surface and parking brake is applied. Use wheel chocks to prevent vehicle from moving.
- Start with one side of vehicle. Carefully raise vehicle allowing tires to hang freely. Use jack stands that are rated for the weight of the vehicle.
- Wipe coil springs with a cloth to remove any debris. Apply soapy water to the coil springs and coil enhancer to ease installation.
- To position coil enhancer properly, identify top side and bottom side of coil enhancer. (Shallower groove must be on top and deeper groove must be at the bottom.)
- Using both hands, spread coil enhancer.
6. Wrap it around the coils.
7. From one end of coil enhancer, push the bottom side to make lower coil sit inside the bottom groove. Go around the enhancer until lower coil is fully seated. (Apply additional soapy water if necessary.)
8. Follow the same procedure with the top side of coil enhancer. Ensure top coil is fully seated in top groove.
9. By pushing one end of coil enhancer, rotate it moving it up and down within the coil spring. Try to position it as close to the middle coil as possible.
10. Remove jack stands and lower vehicle. Repeat the same 9 steps on the other side of vehicle.
11. Perform visual check to ensure that coil enhancer won’t interfere with other vehicle components.
