What is an Axle-Less wheel adaptor?
Ever since the first Axle-Less suspension became available, Jeep owners have been struggling to make their Jeep and trailer wheels work together. Timbren’s Heavy-Duty Axle-Less suspension is designed with trailer hubs that are larger and more durable with a different bolt pattern than Jeep hubs.

The installation process is pretty straightforward. You'll need some basic tools: a torque wrench with a half-inch drive, a 13/16 socket, a 17-millimeter socket, and a 3/8 hex-bit socket. Don't forget your 3/8 ratchet drive.
Step 1: Place the hub side adapter onto the six-lug hub of your Axle-Less suspension. Install the supplied lug nuts and torque them in a crisscross pattern to 100-110 foot-pounds. Pre-install the supplied lug bolts into the rim side adapter and torque them to 70-90 foot-pounds.
Step 2: Position the rim side adapter onto the hub side adapter, aligning the matching holes by following the two convenient white arrows. Use the 3/8 hex bit socket to install the six supplied hex bit bolts onto the assembly and torque them to 90-100 foot-pounds in a crisscross pattern.
Step 3: Now, it's time to put on your Jeep wheel. Make sure the wheel has a 35-44.45 millimetre offset, and then torque your five M14 wheel lug nuts to spec.
