How to Read a Deflection Curve
  • When AEON Hollow Rubber Springs are used in conjuntion with Air Springs, Leaf Springs or Torsion Bars the top line on the deflection curve is used to calculate the performance rating of the rubber spring.
  • When used as a sole suspension the bottom line of the curve is used to calculate the capacity.
  • Although the rubber spring can withstand constant use at maximum bump loads we recommend selecting a hollow rubber spring that performs within the normal working range.
